Returns

We hope you are happy with your handmade things. If you change your mind we are happy to provide an exchange or refund if you return the things to us within 7 days of receipt:

• Please include your name, address and reason for return.

• State whether you would prefer an exchange or refund.

• When sending please obtain a certificate of posting, as we can’t accept responsibility for items lost in the post. Please note we cannot reimburse the cost of return postage.

• Send us an email to let us know the parcel is coming!

Like many websites we use cookies to track your shopping cart. Sadly these ones are inedible, but should make shopping easier. Any information you provide to us will be used solely for communicating with you and making your shopping experience a pleasant one.
